The two shows are similar to a large extent.

Similarities:
The storyline is about 3 sisters and they getting married.
They live in a single-parent family - a father.

Both oldest sisters are very strong-willed and are very career minded.
The oldest sister and her future husband both work in an advertising company
The four of them hold the same position : Creative Director
The two couples are constantly at loggerheads before they pair up.

The second sister are ugly, tomboy freaks.
The two of them miraculously turn into beauties on their wedding day.(or rather for the wedding day photoshoot)
Both of them are called "jinx" by their future husbands.
They both go for countless matchmaking sessions.
They both fall in love with the handsome future husband of their youngest sister.

The youngest sister are the prettiest among the 3 sisters.
They both "ha(ve) just finished her university education and (are) very pretty babe(s)"(as lifted from the mediacorp site)

Differences?
The singapore version has A HONGKONG ACTRESS
The malaysian version has Only 3 Singaporean actors.
i mean, you COMPARE lah. and i tell you malaysian acting sucks.....

The title of the show is different
the actors are different.
the show was filmed in different countries; Singapore and Malaysia
